Organ Installation Update

The final phases of our organ installation are underway! This week the technicians installed the wiring and speaker systems (which leaves the organ unusable for today’s service). Next week they will return to install the new organ console and begin the voicing of the organ, which is a meticulous process to “match” the new organ to the acoustical space of our sanctuary. A special dedicatory service will be incorporated into our Thanksgiving Eve Worship, which is a proper and fitting time to reflect on God’s goodness to us in the blessing of this new instrument at Christ the Lord.
